My degree was in Motion Picture Arts. My second was in Graphic Design. And somewhere between storyboarding films and building brand identities, I realised I was more interested in the system behind the experience than the artifact itself. That pulled me into web development, and then naturally into product management.

I've managed pub shifts, run payroll, coordinated staff rotas. I was elected Student Body President and presented resource allocation proposals directly to college leadership. None of that is "soft" experience — it's where I learned how to lead without authority, communicate under pressure, and deliver even when things get messy.
